Dande Removals takes all the necessary care to ensure that your goods arrive safely at your next destination. To provide a peace of mind to our customers and to face unforeseen situations/accidents we have transit and public liability insurance. We do not charge extra for these insurance covers, however we will charge the excess fee from the customer only if a claim is made.

Note:-
During an accident damage caused to your goods or during transit as a result of truck accident, fire or overturning, if the damage is less than $500 we will negotiate with the customer on how would the customer like to recover this damage.

Damages up to $10,000 caused to your goods during transit as a result of truck accident, fire or overturning, $500 excess fee applies to customers in case of claim.

Details as below:-

1.1.    Goods in Transit cover:-Up to $30,000 of any damage caused to your goods during transit as a result of truck accident, fire or handling errors, a $500 excess applies to customers in case of claim.
1.2.    Physical damages to goods are only covered under this insurance and any mechanical or technical damages will not be covered

Public Liability insurance covers

1.3.         Public Liability insurance covers:-Compensation can be up to $5 million. A $500 excess applies to customers in case of claim

 

We have a history of “minimal” damage, as we use professional removal techniques in our moves. We do our best to protect your belongings and as a company we carry the above-mentioned Insurance.

Note:-

if we cause loss or damage to premises or property other than goods for removal because of our negligence or breach of contract, our liability shall be limited to making good the damaged area only.

If we cause damage because of moving goods under Your express instruction and against our warning/advice, and where such moving cause damage, we shall not be liable.

 

• Compensation can be up to $5 million.
